The main venue of the conference is the Helsinki Music Centre. The programme takes place on the Lower Foyer of the Music Centre, i.e. registration and Camerata and Sonore halls are on the lowest floor. Also, the meals take place on the Lower Foyer.

No drinks or food are allowed in the Camerata and Sonore halls. All drinks and snacks should be enjoyed outside the halls.

Transportation to / from Helsinki Airport
By train: Helsinki Airport's train station is located under the terminal.
Local I and P trains operate to and from Helsinki Airport. A train ride to Helsinki City Centre takes about 30 minutes. Local train tickets can be purchased from HSL's mobile app, or from the ticket machine at the train platform. Timetables, tickets and fares for local trains can be found on HSL website.
By bus: Helsinki Airport's bus station is located outside the Arrivals hall.
Bus route 600 operates between Helsinki Airport and Helsinki City Centre. The travel time is about 40 minutes. Tickets can be purchased online on HSL's mobile app, or at the bus station's ticket machine. Read more about tickets and fares from HSL website.

How to move and travel in Helsinki
It is easy to get around on foot in central Helsinki, but there is also a functioning public transport network in the city.
Helsinki Regional Transport Authority (HSL) maintains the public transport network in Helsinki. The system consists of local buses, trams, metro trains, ferries, commuter trains, and bikeshare.
Tickets can be purchased from several sales and service points, which you can find for example from the main railway station, the metro stations and Helsinki Bus Station Kamppi.

Mannerheimintie renovation project
Mannerheimintie, the main street and boulevard of Helsinki, is under renovation. The work will cause changes in the walking, cycling, public transport and motor vehicle routes. The website will be updated closer to the conference to inform where the road can be crossed during the conference.
