SCHEDULE AND FEES
Registration is open until 15 August 2024.

EARLY BIRD prices are valid until 31 May 2024.

 

When you register by that day, you pay less:

Early Bird entry fee: 240 €
Early Bird entry fee, student: 160 €
Early Bird entry fee, members of the Finnish Choral Conductors' 
Association: 200 €
Early Bird entry fee, student members of the Finnish Choral Conductors' Association: 150 €

If you register between 1 June and 15 August 2024, the entry fees are:

Entry fee: 260 €
Entry fee, student: 180 €
Entry fee, members of the Finnish Choral Conductors' Association: 220 €
Entry fee, student members of the Finnish Choral Conductors' 
Association: 170 €

 

The entry fee includes

• the conference programme in the Helsinki Music Centre: lectures, workshops, masterclass, panel discussion

• free access to the evening concerts on Friday and Saturday

• meals in the Helsinki Music Centre: coffee on Friday & lunch and coffee on Saturday and Sunday

• gala dinner on Saturday evening (alcoholic beverages not included).

CANCELLATION
Registration is binding. The cancellation terms are:
- until 30 August 2024: cancellation free of charge, the entry fee will be refunded
- after 1 September 2024: the entry fee will no longer be refunded


HOW TO REGISTER?
1) Go to the registration form (below), answer the questions and submit it.

2) If you register as a student, be prepared to present a valid student card when signing up on 4 October 2024

3) You will reveice an invoice to your email in about one week after the registration. Be prepared to pay the invoice within 21 days. All Early Bird fees must be paid by 31 May.

NOTE. If you are studying at the Sibelius Academy of the University of the Arts Helsinki and will be participating in the seminar as part of your studies, these instructions and the registration form will NOT apply to you.

Accommodation: We will provide booking codes and more details about hotels via email to conference  participants after registration.
